Vegetable Kottu

Kottu is a Sri Lankan dish originated in eastern part of the country, which is generally eaten as a  dinner  and or as  feast meal. It is made from a Sri Lankan pancake called “Godhamba Rotti” carries the meaning of chopped wheat rotti mixed with curry sauce. Vegetables, egg, meat, and cheese can be added as preferred.
